Shipping Policy
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability but we aim to wrap and dispatch orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order. If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you to let you know.
Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over £50.
Please note: Due to the current ongoing coronavirus pandemic, delivery times may take longer than usual. Once your parcel has been dispatched, any delays are outside of our control.
We cannot take responsibility if your listed delivery address is incorrect, please ensure all details are entered correctly at checkout.
We want to do our bit for the environment, we recycle as much as possible. Occasionally we may ship items in reused boxes. All items will always be well wrapped and protected.
Refund Policy

If for any reason are are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange or refund any unused items. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to request a return.
Goods must be returned in the condition they were sold, unused and in original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt / proof of purchase. The return cost is the buyers responsibility and all returns must be sent back using a tracked service. If any items are damaged on arrival please contact us immediately on info@oakmeadowinteriors.co.uk, providing photographic evidence and we will advise on an individual basis.
To start a return please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order on info@oakmeadowinteriors.co.uk we will confirm acceptance in writing and provide instructions on how to return the package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ensure your parcel is well protected as we are not responsible for damages or loss that occurs in the return shipping of the item.
